The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also not too small, with a shower, and toilet . Nice big TV, and a small area with kettle and fridge. The building is a little old, the room does look a bit dated BUT everything was neat, clean and tidy. There were some old stains on the towels and bedsheets but it was still clean. Walkable distance to Kingsway area which comes alive at night with food and eatery options. Also walking distance to The Glen major shopping center and also Glenwaverly train station. Near the main road as well if you are looking to take the bus. Was a comfortable cost room and it was a nice stay.

This hotel is on quite a busy road but the window glass is so thick that I barely heard any traffic noise. The hotel kindly let me change my dates multiple times when the event I was travelling to Melbourne for kept changing dates. This is my second stay here and I chose it again because it was really good the first time. Plenty of parking, spacious room and bathroom, all the facilities you might need in the room, quite comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. The hotel was busy but noise was very tolerable. Reception staff very helpful on check in and on other occasions when I required directions or assistance. Walkable to multiple restaurants, a cinema complex and The Glen shopping centre which is huge.

We went over for our sons bball tournament and needed somewhere cheap to stay. Value for money and location was great. Wasn't a 5 star but was perfect for a weekends stay with heaps of late night dining options just up the road. Plenty of free car parks onsite.

Nice clean rooms, huge bathroom and spa bath. Lots of space in the rooms and close to some awesome restaurants. Parking was easy and breakfast was cheap, though not my type.

Fantastic location close to shops etc. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is really big. The bathroom had a shower and bath. There is also a laundry for clients to use. I was pleasantly surprised.

Clean and well equipped. Well priced. Wonderful staff. Great location. Will definitely look at staying there again next time I’m in Melbourne.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. The room, air conditioning, and bathroom were all in good condition. They provided essential toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, and lotion, along with towels, coffee, and tea. The location is convenient—within walking distance to The Glen shopping mall, various restaurants, and convenience stores.

Check in was quick and efficient with a very helpful receptionist. Our room was ready on arrival (I had requested an early arrival). The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable with extra blanket and pillows in the cupboard. Although on the ground floor near the parking and reception, our room was quiet. Continental breakfast was more than adequate.

The room size was very good. The provision of a proper office chair was really good. Location was excellent. Free parking was excellent. Price was excellent. The room was in very good condition, everything was clean. The shower is over the bath, but it had good water pressure and temperature.
